Service Integrations
Overview
Service integrations let shoppers schedule service appointments from your Marketplace site.
Marketplace supports:
- Built-in service scheduling forms
- External service scheduling portals routed per location
Built-in service scheduling
When service scheduling is enabled, Marketplace can provide internal service scheduling flows.
These flows can be used:
- From location pages
- From service-related CTAs across the site
External service scheduling portals (per location)
A location can be configured with an external service scheduling URL.
When an external URL is present:
- Service scheduling CTAs route directly to your external portal.
When an external URL is not present:
- Service scheduling CTAs can fall back to the built-in Marketplace form flow.
This allows different locations to use different scheduling experiences.
What you should prepare
To configure service integrations, you typically provide:
- Whether you want internal forms, external portals, or a mix
- Service scheduling portal URLs for each location
- Any provider requirements
What to review after setup
After service scheduling is enabled, review:
- Schedule service CTAs on location pages
- Any vehicle-specific scheduling paths if your site uses them
- Confirmation and lead routing
- Mobile behavior
