Text with Action Section

Use Text with Action when you want a focused message and one or two buttons. This section is designed to drive a next step without adding media.

Best use cases

  • “Schedule service” prompt
  • Financing or trade-in call to action
  • End-of-page conversion block
  • Simple campaign message with a button

What you need before you start

  • Your headline and supporting copy
  • The primary action you want the visitor to take
  • Optional secondary action

Fields and how to fill them

Content

  • Content: the text shown in the section.

Writing tips:

  • Lead with a short headline.
  • Use 1 to 3 short lines of supporting copy.
  • Keep the message aligned to the CTA.

Colors

  • Background color
  • Text color

Practical guidance:

  • If you use a dark background, set a light text color.
  • Keep this section visually distinct if it is a primary conversion moment.

Primary CTA

Use the primary CTA for the main action.

Steps:

  1. Enable the primary CTA
  2. Set the label to a clear verb phrase
  3. Choose a button variant
  4. Set the link destination

CTA label examples:

  • Schedule Service
  • Get Pre-Approved
  • Value Your Trade

Secondary CTA

Use the secondary CTA for a supporting action.

Common patterns:

  • Primary action plus a “Learn more” link
  • Primary action plus a phone call link

Validation and common issues

  • If a CTA is enabled, it must have a label and link.
  • If the text is hard to read, adjust text color and background color together.
  • Bottom-of-page conversion: short content, primary CTA only
  • Two-step decision: primary CTA plus secondary CTA to a supporting page
