Media Card Group Section
Use Media Card Group to display a set of cards as a grid or carousel. Each card can highlight a service, offer, model, or feature.
Best use cases
- Service tiles
- Offer cards
- Feature or benefit grids
- Brand or model showcases
What you need before you start
- A clear list of 1 to 15 items to show
- Media for the section background and for cards as needed
- A decision on grid vs single-row carousel
Section-level fields and how to fill them
Content above cards (optional)
- Show content above cards: enable if you want a heading or intro above the grid
- Content: the heading and supporting copy
- Content horizontal position: alignment for the content above
Background and colors
- Background media (required): the section background behind the cards
- Background color and text color: section styling
Practical guidance:
- If your cards already have strong imagery, keep the background simple.
Card layout
- Present in a single row: enables carousel mode
- Carousel navigation position: controls where navigation appears when carousel is enabled
- Size: controls how many columns appear in grid mode
Common sizing guidance:
- Large (3 columns): the most common for feature grids
- Medium (4 columns): good for smaller tiles
- Small (5 columns): works best for icon-like tiles and short labels
Ratios (optional)
If your design uses consistent image shapes:
- Include ratio: enable
- Ratio: desktop aspect ratio
- Mobile ratio: mobile aspect ratio
Interactive cards
- Make cards interactive: when enabled, the whole card becomes clickable
Important:
- Interactive mode usually requires every card to have a CTA label and link.
Card fields (per card)
Each card can include:
- Card content: the text shown on the card
- Content horizontal and vertical position: alignment within the card
- CTA: optional button or link for the card
- Has background: enable when you want a unique background media or colors per card
- Media inside card: choose none, image, or icon
Practical guidance:
- Use short, scannable card copy.
- Keep CTAs consistent across cards.
Validation and common issues
- Section background media is required.
- At least 1 card is required.
- In interactive mode, missing card links commonly block publishing.
Recommended configurations
- Grid of services: 3 columns, card CTAs, no carousel
- Carousel of offers: single row, consistent ratio, interactive cards enabled
