Product configurations control site behavior for specific Marketplace experiences. These settings let you tailor how key pages work without changing page content.
Common product configuration areas include:
- Vehicle detail page (VDP) CTA behavior
- Search results page (SRP) sorting options
- Feature and integration-dependent CTAs
The exact configuration options available to your site depend on which Marketplace products and integrations you use.
Vehicle detail page CTA configuration
The vehicle detail page often includes one or more primary CTAs that help shoppers take action.
A common configuration option is a second CTA button on the VDP. This can be used for actions such as:
- Start financing
- Value a trade
- Buy online
- Contact the store
Your configuration typically controls:
- The CTA type
- The button label
- The visual style
- The destination link
Some CTA destinations can be resolved per location when an integration requires a location-specific identifier.
Search sorting options
Search results pages can offer multiple sorting options such as:
- Price low to high
- Price high to low
- Year newest to oldest
- Mileage low to high
